
A Message to Our Neighbors & Guests
A MESSAGE from WINEGUYS RESTAURANT GROUP
Dear Neighbors & Valued Guests,
We want you to know that, since the beginning of the coronavirus news thread, we have been monitoring, evaluating, and strengthening our existing procedures, bringing staff up to speed on the changing situation, and closely monitoring our points of contact between our staff, vendors, and guests.
City Park Grill, Roast & Toast, Palette Bistro, and Wineguys Catering will continue our commitment to protecting the health and safety of our guests and staff by following the State health guidelines and protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. We are requiring staff to remain home when sick (paid time off is part of our benefits package) and avoid contact with symptomatic people.
If any Wineguys guest is not feeling well or is uncomfortable dining in any of our restaurants, we are offering CURBSIDE SERVICE for all TO-GO FOOD. We welcome everyone else to come in and have a great (and safe) experience with us.
In addition to diligence with our routine safety practices of hand washing, food handling, and cleanliness we have instituted these extra measures of safety:
- Sanitizing high touch areas every hour
- Changing table spacing at all restaurants to accommodate proper social distancing
- Roast & Toast — Replacing self service of bread, soups, and coffee with service by our staff
- Palette Bistro — Updating our bread presentation for each table
