This five-course dinner prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine, features entrées such as Beet & Blood Orange Salad, White Wine Veloute, Duck Confit, and Filet Medallions. Special guest Dave Bos, Bos Wines, will guide guests through this tasting of wines from California and Michigan.
