Partner at U.S. Wine Imports and Traverse Magazine Food & Wine Editor, Tim Tebow will be pour an array of wine varietals not often seen outside of Italy. “Moving beyond the familiar territory of Chianti and pinot grigio,” explains Mike Zagaroli, Palette Bistro’s Manager, Beverage Director and Certified Sommelier, “we’ll go an oeno-adventure to the shores of Lake Garda,
the slopes of Mount Etna and the ancient lava fields of Basilicata to explore compelling indigenous grape varietals from
North, Central and Southern Italy.” Tebeau, will introduce these wines as unique expressions of the land they’re grown on and the families who make them.

Chef Marc Sorrel’s pairings menu is influenced by his Russian heritage with recipes passed down through his family, yet modified just enough to make the wines sing.
