Spoon & Vine: American Spoon Foods & 2 Lads Wine Dinner
321 Bay St
Petoskey, MI 49770
Join us for a Holiday feast to remember. Palette Bistro’s Chef de Cuisine, Paul Cottee, has prepared a spectacular 5 course meal utilizing ingredients from Petoskey’s famed American Spoon Foods. Since 1982, American Spoon has been working exclusively with Michigan farmers and preserving fruit in their Petoskey kitchen to create unparalleled artisanal small-batch handcrafted fruits, preserves and condiments.
In addition to the great food, Chris Baldyga, the owner and Lad #1 at Old Mission Peninsula’s 2 Lads Winery, will be on hand to guide us through a tasting of 5 paired wines. 2 Lads Winery was started in the late 90s and features 23 acres of sustainably-farmed vineyards (separate blocks planted in 1999, 2001, and 2008), specializing in cool climate sparkling, white, and red wines.
