A California wine tour, perhaps? Reserve your place at the Tour of California Wine Dinner for one of two consecutive nights: Thursday, December 14, and Friday, December 15.

“The Tour dinner represents a whole cache of California wines,” explains Mike Zagaroli, General Manager & Certified Sommelier. Unique to this event, wines were selected first. Chef Jeremy Pomelroy then created the four-course menu to complement, though this time with an unexpected twist. “With the popularity of street food, Chef Jeremy designed the menu to reflect this culinary trend,” Zagaroli adds.

Travis Tache from Woodberry Wines will be pouring wine varietals, staged for the perfect street food-style pairing. Guests will enjoy Lobster Roll Corn Dogs and BBQ Pork Belly Tacos, for example. Forest Pho is a combination of Palette’s popular Forest Floor Soup and Pho, the trendy Vietnamese soup. And, Cocoa-nut Butter Crepes add a sweet dimension to the mix.

Palette Bistro is no stranger to the wine dinner concept. Parent company, Wineguys Restaurant Group, was the first to introduce wine dinners more than 20 years ago at sister restaurant City Park Grill. “We’re excited to continue this long-standing tradition, this time with a bit more fanfare.”
