
Sip the Season: City Park Grill Releases Fall Drink Menu
Apples, peaches, pumpkin pie…who’s not ready? At City Park Grill, we may not be playing hide and seek, but we are playing with apples and other autumn flavors. “Our fall drink menu is full of seasonal ingredients,” shares City Park Grill General Manager Daniel Gosciak. “We are featuring tried-and-true guest favorites and a few twists on some old classics.”
The Apple Pie Martini is in its ninth year at City Park Grill, for example. Think Thanksgiving Day apple pie…the smell, the taste. That’s it, really!!! “We perfected our recipe, and guests can’t believe how close this drink resembles the real deal,” Gosciak adds. Though City Park Grill is not sharing this apple pie liquor concoction, ingredients do include apple cider, Everclear and cinnamon sticks. Served with a cinnamon-sugared rim, it’s the perfect way to savor the season.
Other fall drinks feature Gyspy Vodka spirits and one infused liquor made by Gosciak himself. Here’s the list: Cranberry Mule (Gypsy vodka, housemade ginger beer, cranberry juice), Apple Cider Whiskey (Gypsy Lakeside rye whiskey, apple cider, lemon juice, sweet vermouth, orange bitters), White Grape Martini (Gypsy vodka, Cointreau, white grape juice), The Honey Bee (Gypsy Petoskey Stone gin, honey simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, soda water), Harvest Mule (CPG infused vanilla Gypsy vodka, Vernors, housemade ginger beer).
Available through Thanksgiving weekend, visit City Park Grill daily for lunch and dinner, plus Happy Hour Monday thru Friday from 4:30 to 6pm.
